The Holiday Lakes Police Department requires a Party Permit Request for applicable parties and gatherings within the Town of Holiday Lakes.
PARTY PERMIT REQUESTS MUST BE SUBMITTED AT LEAST 48 HOURS BEFORE THE SCHEDULED EVENT.
Submitting this online form is only a request for a Party Permit and is NOT an approved permit. After the request is received, HLPD will prepare the official permit and obtain the required approval and signature from the Chief of Police.
The requester must pick up the completed and signed permit from the Holiday Lakes Police Department before the event.
MUSIC RESTRICTIONS — Ordinance § 130.05 Noise Control
Friday & Saturday: Music must be shut down by 12:00 Midnight.
Sunday–Thursday: Music must be shut down by 10:00 PM.
If music is heard from the street after the permitted hours, a citation may be issued.
PARKING REGULATIONS — Ordinance § 93.22 Parking, Obstructions, Defense
All vehicles must be parked on one side of the street.
Blocking the roadway is prohibited. A minimum 15-foot unobstructed passageway must be maintained for emergency vehicles.
Vehicles creating an obstruction may be towed at the owner's expense.
If HLPD receives a noise or parking complaint associated with the event, officers may request to see the approved Party Permit.
Failure to provide a valid permit may result in enforcement action, including citations or termination of the party.
Submitting this form does not constitute approval. The permit is not valid until it has been approved, signed by the Chief of Police, and picked up by the requester.
