Community policing is about more than answering calls — it's about taking care of the people who call Holiday Lakes home.

The Holiday Lakes Police Department is proud to work alongside the Brazoria County Dream Center to help provide food and essential-item boxes to senior members of our community.

Through this partnership, HLPD officers help bring these boxes directly into our community while also giving us an opportunity to check in, say hello, and build relationships with our senior residents.

For HLPD, this is what community policing is all about — neighbors helping neighbors and making sure our seniors know they are an important part of the Holiday Lakes community.

If you or a senior you know may benefit from food assistance or other services, the Brazoria County Dream Center offers programs designed to help individuals and families throughout Brazoria County.

Program availability, eligibility requirements, and enrollment are handled directly through the Brazoria County Dream Center.
